When I first started working with Steve, around August of 2021, I had goals in this sport like I still do that I made apparent. Around this time, this was the very beginning of my powerlifting journey, I was very young which meant if I wanted to achieve big things, I would need guidance. Steve helped me progress my lifts by practically 250 pounds and counting. At the start, I was squatting 400, benching 205 , and deadlifting 405. Currently, I squat 480, Bench 285, and Deadlift about 501. I feel like this progress is only the beginning. With Stevens amazing help, I know my potential in the sport can be achieved. Over time, Steve changed the way my positioning and overall execution of all the movements for the better. He knew what style of lifting was best for me specifically. When I sent videos of any of my lifts, he would give me cues/overall advice that were very clear to me and I was able to almost immediately apply it to my lifting. I feel like over my 2 years of getting coached by Steve, I have gained a lot of everything, from strength, to technique, and even knowledge of the sport in general. Steve is the best coach I could ask for not only because of his ability, but also because of his kindness and willingness to make everyone on the team prosper mentally and physically.
